Kuma Learning Center

Please follow the steps below to complete registration:
1. Print and complete the registration form.
2. You may scan and e-mail your completed form to kumalearningcenter@hotmail.com  Please include the student’s name, parent/guardian contact information, and the intended class(es) for registration. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt. Or drop by the center in person to drop it off. 
 

**Payment is due by the first day of class (cash/check accepted)
